You are unable to access the Cloud Contact Center using the links on the MaX UC Desktop UI.


Try the following to resolve any problems that may be occurring when trying to use the Cloud Contact Center:

  • Ensure that you are running MaX UC Desktop on a Windows computer. This feature is not available on macOS.
  • MaX UC Desktop uses Internet Explorer to display the embedded Cloud Contact Center windows. Make sure you have the latest major version of Internet Explorer installed. Download Here
  • For Internet Explorer, navigate to Internet Options > Security and set your security level to High.
  • Configure Internet Explorer to Allow Cookies via Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced. Set First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies to Accept.
