In most cases it is not a good idea to immediately reboot your Business Voice phone if you notice a problem with it. The phones hold on to historical data that may be beneficial to isolating an issue. A reboot may be a temporary fix, but by contacting our support team to take a closer look, we can work towards a more permanent solution.
If the Business Voice Support Team does request that you reboot your phone, you may do so by holding down the 1-3-0 keys simultaneously until the device reboots.
Warning: Never unplug the Ethernet cable or power cable from the back of your phone.
