Your Celenos aren’t syncing and the set-top box connected to it is not working. 


If you have Celeno devices wirelessly providing TV service to your set-top boxes there is the potential for them to become un-synced. To resolve this issue follow these steps:

  1. Start by holding down the WPS button on the access point. 
  2. When the light starts blinking go to your Celeno clients and press the WPS button on them as well. Wait for the devices to connect.
  3. If this doesn’t work try unplugging the access point and clients from power. Plug in the access point followed by the clients and wait for them to start back up. 
  4. If they still don’t sync try moving the client into the same room as the access point and repeat the steps above before moving the client back to it proper place.
