Your AirSonics aren’t syncing and the set-top box connected to it is not working.
If you have AirSonics devices wirelessly providing TV service to your set-top boxes there is the potential for them to become un-synced. To resolve this issue follow these steps:
- Start by holding down the WPS button on the access point.
- When the light starts blinking go to your AirSonics clients and press the WPS button on them as well. Wait for the devices to connect.
- If this doesn’t work try unplugging the access point and clients from power. Plug in the access point followed by the clients and wait for them to start back up.
- If they still don’t sync try moving the client into the same room as the access point and repeat the steps above before moving the client back to it proper place.
