The light for Phone 1 or Phone 2 on your WiFi One router is red and you have no dial tone.
This typically indicates that the phone line is not registered with TCT or is awaiting connection. Try the following:
- Check physical connections between the port on the back of the device and the phone. Verify that the telephone line is securely connected.
- If this is the first time you have started up the WiFi One router, or it has just restarted, wait 5-10 minutes for the line to become registered and for the light to turn green.
- Reboot the device by unplugging the power from the back of it, waiting for 15-30 seconds, then plug the power back in. Wait for the light to turn green.
