Sometimes when attempting to send an email the message will get stuck in your outbox and not deliver. Below are a few common reasons they may be stuck and how to fix the issue.
- The first thing to check to ensure your message will leave your outbox is that you have an Internet connection. Without access to the Internet your emails will not send. Verify that you can open web pages and are receiving email.
- One of the reasons an email may get stuck in the outbox is if the email has a large attachment. Delete it from the outbox and re-create the email with a smaller attachment and try to send it again. As a general rule, we suggest that you keep your attachments limited to 15 MB in size.
- Verify that all of your outgoing mail server settings are configured correctly in your email client.
