This article will guide you through setting up your online account with TCT.


  1. Start by visiting
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the site, select Pay Online.
  3. Click Register Here on the login page. 
  4. Provide your latest invoice number and the amount due on the bill (do not include the $ sign). Check the box letting us know you’re not a robot. Click Continue.
  5. Provide your email address and create a password. Then answer a security question. Click Register near the bottom of the page.
  6. You should receive an email from TCT. Click on the link in the email to complete the account setup process. 
    • If you do not see an email from TCT, be sure to check your spam folder.
